Migrated Legacy System Balances
How and Where to get Support/Assistance
Validation, adjustment and reconciliation of migrated balances from end-to-end will be handled as follows:
- Large Taxpayer Office (LTO), Medium Taxpayers Office (MTO) and Public Sector Division taxpayers will be supported at their respective Tax Service Office.
- Nairobi Tax Service Offices (East of Nairobi/South of Nairobi, North of Nairobi and West of Nairobi), will be supported by a Centralized Team based at JKUAT Towers (Kenyatta Avenue).
- Tax Service Offices (TSOs) outside Nairobi Region will be assisted at their respective TSOs. Documents received at these TSOs will be reviewed and any gaps identified and supporting documents will be forwarded to the Centralized Team in Nairobi for final balances adjustment.
- For any missing payments, request for adjustments will be made by the respective TSO on behalf of the taxpayer for capture by a Centralized Team in Nairobi (Taxpayer Account Unit – TAU).
