The Value Added Tax (Electronic Tax Invoice) Regulations, 2019


Kenya Revenue Authority informs members of the public, manufacturers, Wholesalers, Retailers and all Traders that The Value Added Tax (Electronic Tax Invoice) Regulations, 2019 have been developed and are available on the Kenya Revenue Authority website:

In order to ensure wide consultation and public participation as stipulated in the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, KRA invites institutions, organizations, individuals and the public to submit their views and comments on these draft regulations.

The comments should be addressed in writing to the Commissioner General, Kenya Revenue Authority, P.O Box 48240-00100, Nairobi or emailed to to be received on or before Monday, 30th September 2019 to facilitate the review and finalisation of the Regulations.
